It seems that girl has some strange bathroom obsession. First she's dipping her crackers in the toilet water and EATING them and now she's eating tubes of toothpaste. Maybe you should do like they do at pre-school and lock the bathroom door.
Army ate a tube when he was two... went to the ER and everything! Turned out he really wasn't in danger and if he would have been he would have vomited the doctor said. Oh my, what our children do! :)
