adj. meaning cold.

eg. "I'm staying in the hoose today, it's baltic oot there"

Matt & I are having a good laugh. Matt says "He's such a retard" - in love, of course. ;-) I think we'll have to teach Madison that one - with the accent, of course. She has been saying 'BRRRRR' lately.
