I've been desperate to do this with Lana's hair since she first got it cut, and she finally let me. I thought she looked awesome, but unfortunately she didn't agree. she said everyone would think she's a boy and she washed it out. :( Oh well. At least I got photos first.

She's such a cutie!
She was cute, but she's probably right about people thinking she was a boy. When I was a kid my mom always kept my hair super short (because it was easiest for her to take care of it when it was that way), and people always assumed I was just another fat little boy. I hated it when they'd make comments like, "well, aren't you just the cutest little man. I bet all the girls will just eat you up when you get older...." Grrrrr!
